You pay a monthly subscription for hart based on the actual number of employees you have.
$11.25 per employee per month (excl GST). No hidden fees or terms. No complicated pricing packages. You can cancel any time (but you won’t, because you’ll ♥ hart so much).

We are currently offering free implementation for hart. We want you to ♥ it as much as we do, so we’re removing all barriers to entry. We encourage you to onboard your employees and give it a try and take care of your HR stresses now.  

Hart has been specifically designed for New Zealand SME’s (small to medium businesses that have up to 50 employees*). Most hart customers use our software instead of employing someone with HR experience. Our customers use hart so that they can get on with the “fun stuff” (developing an awesome culture, showing their team they appreciate them etc) while hart smashes out the (let’s face it, more tedious and time consuming) compliance requirements.

*If you have more than 50 employees, we can still help you — give us a shout and ask about solutions for larger employers.

They sure do — but hart has been designed to work for any SME business in any industry. Our ever-expanding resource library contains generic and industry specific paperwork and is continually being updated as new clients, with new needs, join our hart model (and as legislative requirements change over time).

Industry or company specific requirements are identified during the onboarding process. As our client base develops, so does hart’s industry specific expertise and functionality. We recognise this as a real value for hart, which is why we are currently onboarding most new clients fee free. You get the peace-of-mind of knowing that hart has (or can customise) exactly what you need, while hart is able to confidently expand its offering.

With hart’s digital forms and e-signed documentation you can ditch the filing cabinet! All your employee information is stored (securely) in the cloud so managers and employees can access anywhere, anytime via their internet browser.

We take security very seriously. All your data is securely stored on servers in a controlled, environment and protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

Hart has been designed to uncomplicate complex tasks. If you can use a keyboard and a mouse, you can use hart.

Our onboarding team is here to keep things simple, and get you set up within hart stress-free. While hart is pretty snazzy, we know what you’ve been using might not be. Good job then that our  data import features make moving from other systems super-easy – whether you’re migrating HR out of your payroll system, or from a spreadsheet, or from the filing cabinet at the back of the office!

Yes! Hart integrates with iPayroll free-of-charge.  If you are after another payroll system we can cost accordingly.
